There was very welcoming and polite staff and the service was admirable. My breakfast was delicious with beautiful views, ham plus an extensive continental spread.

The breakfast was above average and delicious with an amazing view: you could find croissants, slices of fresh bread, and cakes.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location on a hill overlooking the bay was breathtaking. It was such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, away from the crowds. The view from our room was stunning, especially at sunset. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of homemade options. We also enjoyed dining at the hotel's famous restaurant, where we enjoyed excellent seafood and a beautiful view of the sea.

We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We stayed at Villa Kapetanovic for 5 nights and were pleasantly surprised it looked even better in reality than on the pictures. The view was great, room excellent, food delicious and the service just exceptional thanks to Kapetanovic family and other hotel staff. Try the best chocolate souffle at the restaurant. The four stars are well deserved and we will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

There was nothing we wouldn't like. The hotel suited our needs perfectly. However, for guests looking for a beach near by, it might not be the easiest location. The hotel staff told us about a great beach to go to, called Hemingway beach in vilage Medveja about 12km from the hotel, which I would highly recommend. For those without a car, there is a shuttle service to Opatija and nearby beaches, provided by hotel.

The design of the hotel, its location, the room

This hotel, located on a hilltop with stunning views of the coast, offers excellent value for money. The staff here are incredibly attentive and friendly, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with balconies providing a perfect spot to enjoy the sea view. And the breakfast, served with a breathtaking panorama, is simply amazing.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

Excellent service, beautiful location, and delicious food

I stayed at a hotel in Opatija with my family and we had a fantastic time. The service was top-notch, with every staff member going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location of the hotel was stunning, offering breathtaking views from our room balcony. We also had the opportunity to dine at the hotel's restaurant, and the food was absolutely delicious.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as thin walls and occasional issues with the Wi-Fi, these did not detract from the overall experience. The staff made sure that we had everything we needed, including a comfortable room with a small balcony.

The staff are wonderful, really friendly and keen to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast buffet is really good and the breakfast area is the terrace with a lovely sea view. The pool area is very nice and was never crowded. Rooms are a good size.

Not really a minus but as the hotel is a bit outside the village be prepared to drive or take a taxi into Opatija if you want to have dinner somewhere else.

Almost everything - location, views , food at restaurant, staff , garrage , reasonable price - no weaknesses.
